Clinical Consultation Services

Join Hummingbird Marriage and Family Therapy’s small, supportive consultation groups. Share your experiences, gain diverse perspectives, and learn collaboratively with fellow therapists.

Benefits:
Enhanced Learning Opportunities: Group consultations allow clinicians to learn from the experiences and insights of multiple colleagues, providing a broader perspective on various therapeutic approaches and strategies.

Diverse Perspectives on Clinical Cases: In a group setting, therapists can gain insights from diverse viewpoints, which can be particularly beneficial when dealing with complex family dynamics or unique case scenarios.

Support and Community: Working as a therapist can be isolating. Group consultations provide a sense of community and support, helping therapists to feel connected and understood by their peers.

Resource Sharing: Therapists can share resources, tools, and techniques that have been effective in their practice, enriching the collective knowledge of the group.

Stress Reduction: Sharing the challenges and emotional burdens of therapy work with peers can reduce stress and prevent burnout, promoting overall well-being for therapists.

Cost-Effective Professional Development: Group consultations often provide a more affordable option for ongoing education and skill enhancement compared to individual consultation.
